Line 3 - The Martyr

The 3rd line profile is a transition point between the upper and lower trigram profiles and is here to experiment. They are the people who go out into the world, try everything, do things the “wrong” way, and figure out what works for them. 

These are the kids who won’t take your word for it and have to try it themselves because they learn through the doing–the experience. Give them an IKEA piece of furniture, and they will open it up and just start trying things before reading the directions unless they’ve tried that before and have learned that they need to follow the directions. 

Their experimentation is not for the sake of not listening or doing things the hard way; conversely, it’s about finding the most efficient, best way for them. 

I love this profile in the sense that these are curious people. Curious about life and the way things work. They don’t accept everything at face value but question it to see if it’s true for them. 

Remember the line 3 profile is here learning about what works for them, and through that learning, they can then share with others what they have learned with the time is right. 

Note to line 3 entrepreneurs - Two things. 

1. You will try things, and they won’t work out. That’s okay. Try again.

2. Just because things didn’t work out previously does not mean you’re failing or not meant for entrepreneurship. Keep being you and lean into your Strategy and Authority for more access to what is right for you.
